Is it possible to remove the white discouloring on this rain cape?
I really want one of those old british military rain capes but the only one I found has these white spots all over it.
I would like to know if there is any chances of fixing them before buying it. Thanks in advance.
Edit: the material seems to be "two layers of cotton fabric bonded together with a vulcanized rubber compound layer". Hope that helps
