I can't even upload anymore

I'm trying to upload external video, a thing I do every week for my video podcast, and for whatever reason not a single upload will take. I've been trying to upload since Saturday and today is Tuesday. Instead of uploading, I get the normal sequence of prompts and then when it says "uploading" on the modal window, the progress bar stays stuck at 0%. Also, if I click any other location on the screen, the modal upload window closes and the project stays empty.

I have tried to connect my google drive and upload the file that way, but it still errors out every time.

What can I do? Does anyone have a workaround?

Does anyone know how to see your Final Cut Camera frame on a computer monitor?

I want to be able to record 4k video with Final Cut Camera on my iPhone, for top-down overhead video of my desk. I want to also be able to SEE my frame on my computer while I'm recording. I can't seem to find a way to get both of these things to happen. Has anyone out there figured out a way to do both? Bonus if you figured out how to make the Final Cut Camera work in OBS on a Mac!

Does anyone know how to record 4k top-down video with an iPhone while monitoring video framing on the computer?

I'm not even sure I'm going to be able to correctly state my problem, but this what I'm trying to accomplish:

- I want to record top-down 4k video with my iPhone 15 Pro as my camera onto my computer, and

- At the same time, I want to be able to see the video I'm recording (for framing reasons) as I'm recording it.

- I also want to record audio at the same time that I'm recording video, ideally as part of the video.

(Note: I have an M4 Mac Mini and a wired Shure MV7+ microphone, and I have the correct mount for top-down video recorded on a phone. Also, my phone is connected to my computer by an official Apple Thunderbolt cable when I'm recording.)

What I've tried:

- Continuity Camera's maximum resolution is 1080p, so I can't use that.

- Recording from the camera app on my phone records video to my phone, thus I can't see the framing on my monitor.

- The Final Cut Camera app also records directly to the phone, so I can't see the framing. Also, my wired MV7+ isn't an option for audio in.

- OBS Camera allows me to use OBS to monitor and record, but for some reason the video quality is always extremely pixelated. I have manually changed the settings to match 4k video recording on both the OBS Camera App and OBS on my Mini, but the result always looks more like 720p than 4k resolution.

- iPhone Mirroring could be a solution for me here, except you can't use it if you're using your phone as a camera.

Has anyone found a way to record 4k top-down video using an iPhone as a camera while being able to monitor their video framing?
