Lion Brand Mystery Bag only contains one kind of yarn

I bought a santa sack mystery bag from Lion Brand because I had gotten one during the last sale and it was great.

However this time, I ordered the 18-skein set and I only got one singular kind of yarn. I was wondering if anyone has had this experience and if Lion Brand rectified it for them.

This is their product description:

"Build your own Santa Sack with this mystery yarn bundle! Choose your perfect size—9, 12, or 18 skeins of surprise yarn colors and weights. Every bundle includes a FREE Santa sack to keep your yarn collection organized and ready for your next project. Each bundle is a lucky dip into our yarn selection, so you'll discover new favorites and unexpected color combinations. Perfect for adventurous crafters who love a little mystery.

Please limit to one per customer, while supplies last. Purchasing more than one bag may result in receiving the same yarn."

Everything in it implies plural colors, plural types. If I had gotten two types of yarn, I would have written it off as bad luck because it'd still have been accurate, but I only got Feels Like Sherpa in the Onyx color. 18 skeins of it. Am I entitled to them fixing it?

Update: I got a response from customer service and it does just seem like a canned response. I've dealt with their customer service before and during that time, I've had to go through like 7 emails back and forth before their tone completely changed and they finally fixed my issue, so I'm going to keep pushing this one until I get a real person too. It just feels frustrating that they just leave it up to a script or AI instead of talking to me.

Does this pattern match the picture?

I was checking out random patterns and wanted to crochet these lovely little octopi, but when I got to the "Crafting the Tentacles" section, it seemed off.

I'm really doubting myself right now so can someone please tell me if "Chain 1, then work the following pattern around: 5 half double crochets in the next stitch, slip stitch in the following stitch. Repeat this sequence 8 times to create all tentacles. Join the round with a slip stitch and finish off." sounds right for the tentacles?

And if not can someone direct me to a legitimate tutorial for it, to me it looks like 8 separate magic rings that somehow connect to the big guy cleanly.
