For example, my boyfriend tells me I have a habit of cutting people off sometimes which is usually an accident from my enthusiasm to converse but it makes him mad nonetheless. He (and a few other ppl I know), have a tendency to just talk for long periods of time and I start getting anxious because something pertaining to the topic pops in my head and I wanna share to converse, but I am also trying to predict when they're gonna stop talking in an effort to not cut them off. It makes me feel extremely anxious/suffocated and I wanna know if anyone else experiences this.
