Green bus

Hello!

Has anyone used the green bus recently to travel to Dublin ? Need to head up on thursday and the times are more convenient than train & green bus stop is closer to my appointment. I have used it in the past and it has been absolutely shocking. I know it has been taken over by a new crowd and wondering has the service improved? Or still best to be avoided.

Thanks!

heart palpitations in normal resting heart rate range (70-90bpm)

Hi everyone,

For the past few months I have been experiencing daily heart palpitations following a viral infection. Never had any issues before february of this year. I ended up in A&E with a heart rate of 178 in may and have since been to a cardiologist. Bloods all clear, echo all clear and 7 day holter monitor recorded just one PVC.

I had accepted that it was just a new manifestation of anxiety as I always have been quite an anxious person, but not prone to panic / anxiety attacks.

I continued on with life as normal, light exercise, eating healthy, no caffeine/alcohol/nicotine. I still have moments where my heart rate seems disproportionately high for the level of activity i’m doing (>130bpm). However this heart rate doesn’t sustain for longer than a few minutes before dropping down to 80-90 after baring down/sitting/deep breaths.

The most bothersome symptoms is the constant awareness? of my heartbeat. Sitting down, completely relaxed with a heart rate between 70-90 and my heart feels like it’s POUNDING. I feel the pulsing across my full chest, stomach and neck. I know i’m in the clear from the cardiologist but these symptoms are really taking a toll on me. I’m sure it is an anxiety loop that is feeding itself, so does anyone have any advice on how to lesson the awareness of my heartbeat? or to ‘dull’ the feeling of heart palpitations?

Thank you 🩷

Piercer recommendation?

Happy Saturday everyone! Could anyone recommend a piercer in limerick who does dermal piercings? Specifically lower back dermals. If anyone has any experience or recommendations i’d love to know.

GRMA!
