I have built Palazzo Scarsini, Petritoli, La Marche, Italy

This is my first post here, but I am very happy with how this building turned out, so I figured I would share.

So Facebook has shown me some adverts for this amazing building located in Italy, and I have decided to take on the challenge of building it. It is an elegant, fully-restored 16th century palace. I have made sure to honour the Renaissance architecture and style, so the palace is full of antique furniture and decor. Some choices and colour schemes may seem a bit random, but I have tried to make it look as realistic and as close to the original (without using CC) as possible.

Palazzo Scarsini is a real place that's available for rent/partial purchase, and I have emailed the company that is responsible for managing the place, and I have managed to receive the floor plan from them. However, working with that floor plan was extremely difficult, as most walls (especially the main shape of the building) were slightly diagonal, which isn't possible in TS4, so I had to make them all straight and adjust the rooms accordingly, which is why there are some empty rooms. They are just space fillers. Not all rooms are meant to be functional - some are there just for decorative purposes and for realism: the pantry, the storage room, the electricity boards room. The palace is also equipped with all light switches and sockets. :)

The palace doesn't look great on the outside, I am fully aware. The window placements are a bit random, I know. That's because the actual Palazzo Scarsini is a terraced house, whereas I have made that a detached building, so I have placed some windows where I thought they would fit and where the furniture allowed. However, the inside, in my humble opinion, is absolutely stunning.

Here is a video reference that I have been working with: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7O6gw0ArGSM . For the rooms that weren't featured in the video, I have used some creative liberties.

This took hours of work and hours of rework, when I suddenly had to move walls, which then deleted my decor. Especially the wooden beams on the ceiling in most of the rooms were a massive PAIN IN THE A**. I think the effort was worth it.

The palace has 4 bedrooms (including 1 twin room), 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, 7 toilets, a giant kitchen + pantry, and an outside terrace. The ground floor and the upper floors are kept looking old-fashioned, but the basement is fully modern, and it features a laundry room, a wine cellar, a spa with sauna and massage area, and a gym with a massive swimming pool. The swimming pool doesn't exist in the original building, but I thought it would be a nice touch.

VERY PACK HEAVY. I am unable to list them all, but I own all expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and almost all kits + some marketplace packs.

It is PLAY TESTED AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL. Located on a 30x20 lot in Tartosa. It's saved as a residential lot, but it can also work as a holiday rental if you want to pretend that your sims went for an exciting getaway to Italy. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO READ THE WHOLE THING!

Azazie bridesmaids dresses

I am getting married in March 2027 and I wanted my bridesmaids to get their dresses on Azazie as they have great choice and good prices (especially when they have offers).

My choice was stretch satin material and champagne gold colour. But my one worry is that satin will be a nightmare to deal with as it's creasing easily and all the sweat stains will show. I thought stretch satin was mixed with polyester but I found some reviews online and they weren't great.

I know March is not a hot month but the wedding will be fully indoors and I worry when the girls start dancing, they will end up with some sweat patches. I don't want them to feel embarrassed later.

Does anyone have any experience with Azazie dresses? What are your thoughts? Should I change the material to something else before the girls buy their dresses?
