Pay Attention To Your Food
The area directly over the food at Magic Mountain has years of neglect. I watched a piece of lint / dust fall off the cable and float into the tray of tortillas. Gross. Be careful.

Can we give the hosts a mini white board to play with us? Obviously don't show us until the answer is revealed, but it would be fun to have them play with us.
I ordered a package worth a little under $2k. The package was initially routed to my house, but I paid to have it rerouted to a UPS access point (CVS) because I was concerned about my availability receiving the package. I got an email from UPS saying my package was delivered around 12:30 in the afternoon and I went to CVS (UPS access point) to pick up my package around 3:30.
When I got to CVS, I could see my package intermixed with multiple other packages. When the clerk grabbed my box I noticed the top appeared tampered with and the bottom was completely opened. I refused the package and contacted UPS via phone as to what to do.
*UPS Phone customer service experience was awful!*
The initial person I spoke with said their is nothing they can do and to accept the package. I was concerned because 1) the value of the package and 2) as of right now, the package is still considered in UPS's possession. I don't want to open up the possibility that I tampered with the package.
The next person I spoke with said she cant file a claim on the package because it hasn't been 24 hours yet. Is that a real policy? I'm struggling to find the significance to being forced to wait 24 hours before reporting a problem.
Is there anyone at UPS that monitors this thread? Has anyone had better experiences with customer service at UPS. What is the damaged package protocol? Is it better to not accept the package?
