The driver of this 2014-2018 blue Ford Fiesta hatchback with Washington State plates sideswiped me while I was stopped at a traffic light. They briefly pulled over with hazards on before speeding off when a witness and I approached, before either of us remembered to get the plate number. From my dashcam, my best guess is CEE(5?)(?)(?)4, but I haven‘t gotten a hit from checking a dozen combinations of it.
