Help: Would you rather own a condo/home or buy a car?

I am saving up for a DP for a condo, nanghihinayang kasi ako sa monthly rent ko. However, right now, I don't know which is smarter? Is buying a condo/home a smart investment today? If not, I'm thinking of buying a car na lang, nut the expenses that come with having a car is daunting me. Can you share some advice?

First time in Kaohsiung

I will be in Kaohsiung for 4 days. Can you share something about the weather, places to go to, where to it...all of the tourist stuff, or even those not widely known by tourists? Drop some tips as well!

Is this kind of JO package okay in the long run?

I accepted a role that will require me to use other language, hence may additional "incentive" sa offer. Base salary is the same with my previous job, but total take-home salary will be doubled since language incentives, other allowances etc. is similar to the base salary (ex. 30k base salary, 30k language incentive, 3k allowance - not real numbers, just to better explain this if unclear).

My concern is was I lowballed since no increase in my base salary? In the long run, can I refer sa total take-home as basis ng salary if I apply to other jobs, let's say 3 years from now? Or is the package ok? We have great HMO, leave benefits, etc. Ito lang talaga concern ko.

Please help ya girl out if I made the right choice!
