I want to take up a new tech hobby but it feels like you're expected to be loaded for that

I want to try something new but most projects nowadays are AI and anything interesting seems to need a computer with massive horsepower OR I need to pay some corporation for access to 'tokens'.

Does anybody have any suggestions for tech hobbies that don't require money?

Tech just doesn't excite me anymore like it did 20 years ago as a teen and I'm looking for something new.

I've been fiddling with Fedora and Obsidian, if that helps.

I received a link to an assessment but my profile on the career website says I was rejected

Should I continue to do the assessment? Is this normal?

Are majority of the health features even working on Samsung Health with a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2024?

Whenever I want to explore any feature like Cardio Load, it keeps telling me to use a supported watch like a GWU.

BUT I HAVE A GALAXY WATCH ULTRA!

Am I the only one with this problem?

I'm on One UI 8 and no updates yet, if this helps
