Tired of chasing these people down to get an update, disputing the order via my credit card and requesting they cancel the order.

I ordered a week before the World Cup started and at this rate wont be getting anything until its over.

Just a heads up for others who are waiting or looking to order. Kitddm is clearly having major issues, so my suggestion is to find somewhere else. I ordered from them in early May and got my jersey in 2 weeks, so clearly they did not prepare for the World Cup properly.
