They will keep charging your credit card and not stop. Please avoid them. I had to cancel my card.

A BIG brand is trying to shut me down. They filed a request to cancel my registered trademark.

I'm debating if it's worth fighting? Do I need attorney help? Or maybe I just DIY.

They say my trademark will damage their brand. It could technically be used that way, but not at all what my brand does.

Theoretical example. McDonald's has "I'm lovin it" compared to a shovel brand that is "I'm diggin it".

I'm pissed and evaluating options. It was a small side project, but now I'm wondering if I'm on to something and should invest more in developing the brand.
