Do you guys prep new skateparks?

Wondering if you guys that live in like California, NYC, Chicago etc. where there’s a lot more seriousness in skateboarding prep the new skateparks that get built? Like ledges and hubba’s do you guys let them get right over time? Or is it like a thing for a group of homies like “alright, parks built. Let’s make it butter now”.

Noseslide progression.

Progression over the last year on noseslides. I didn’t have this as a kid so it was a a long process putting in the work getting these halfway decent lol.

What do you guys think?

I always try to go above and beyond with filming my friend’s skating. Everybody deserves a cool clip that you can tell the filmer is trying. I was messing around with the keys or whatever making this and was wondering if you guys fuck with how it looks. Purely the editing, I’m still working on getting my crooks good 😉

Ok, I posted in here a week or two ago asking for help popping out of crooks. The best advice I got was leaning back, that definitely worked. Yes “just nollie off” is what needs to happen, but I feel like those two tips ALWAYS need to be combined. Once I got the feel for it, it was night and day and now I feel like I understand to a point.

My question now is now that I’m getting more consistent popping out, how do you actually “pop out”?

I feel like I go almost to noseslide as you can see in the second clip but it’s the only way I’m getting consistent lands. Does it look dumb or am I caught in a bad ugly habit?

My opinion is, regardless what tricks you can land, you should look good doing them. If you’re just taking every landed trick and calling it a day that’s not right and you should hold yourself to a higher standard.

TLDR; Do my crooks look gross? How do I get a better pop out?
