Last fall they said they had all but 2 songs done and wanted to have a single out in time for the metallica tour, in october the guy ahead of me in the VIP line asked joe and he said "next year". Im assuming they are waiting to be off tour which ends on july 5th, so Im thinking maybe in the next month? its gotta be close
I think the new single was really missing Matt's tone, it felt like you could have just removed the guitar from the mix and would have had pretty much the same song. It also was really repetitive even by sleeps standards, just the same riff for 4 minutes with a break for a solo and sometimes the keys took the lead, no other sections or interludes, intro or outro. The lyrics are mostly callbacks to previous songs, this feels like the doom metal equivalent of Luke Skywalker showing up in the mandalorian or that one spiderman movie with 3 spidermans, just cheap fanservice. I really hope the 2 can work something out but its not looking good
Just found my old iPod touch and wanna start using it instead of my big ass clunky phone for music and stuff, however i use tidal and when i go to download it on the app store it says i need ios 17 or later and my ipod only goes up to ios 14 or 15. Is there any way to download an older version of the app?
