Ive been on a search for montreal's best mac n cheese!
I love to cook my own one but I find it rare to find places that actually have good Mac n cheese. I know it can never be the same as a home cooked meal but still:) i havent tried THAT many yet , but 2 I really liked are the ones from La bêtise and from La boîte jaune.
Im just starting to invert and I can definetly tell Im doing something wrong.Even though I manage to "invert" the form seems weird but idk why... also, when im in a hook my body cant seem to find the correct angle if u know what I mean?? Like I fall to one side. I used to be able to do it (but couldn't do the v). Also, I know my form isn't good because everytime i work on invert I end up with this nerve pinching in my neck/shoulder. It hurts when I turn my head. So idk if its just not made for my body or my form is super bad. Id love advices 🥰
