Has anybody here done Certificate IV in Community Development?

I have some questions... I know what I want to do, I'm just not 100% sure this will help me.

I already run planned activity groups on certain paid platforms (and two at community centres) and I'm identifying vulnerable people that come to my planned activities. This system works pretty well, but I have to pay the fees on the platform. It would be nice I guess to open this up much wider and create more opportunities for people to connect and to try to combat loneliness in a nicer way. It's okay to have a support worker who takes you out to a library or a coffee shop once in a while or even to a structured NDIS group, but some of these people want to connect with a wide variety of different people OR they fall through the cracks. We all want connection and to feel like we belong somewhere and there are many groups of people in the community who find it hard to do that.

Anyways, It would be amazing if I could have some money to pay the platform fees AND for the stuff I have had to buy and advertise more. It would be incredible (though I'm not sure how likely) to actually get paid to do this one day. At the moment I don't get any monetary benefit from any of this and I don't see myself doing so any time in the future but I do see that it's doing some good in the community and I'd like to see that continue to grow. And it's doing good for me, obviously.

I would be open to working at a community centre/neighbourhood house or helping run programs elsewhere in the future, but only on a part time/casual basis. I don't see myself sitting in an office all day every day. I'm not sure this certification would be enough for that anyway.

Am I way off base in wanting to do this cert? Would it even suit me? Any advice appreciated.

One other thing - it is only offered as a skills first course by one single RTO and they have emphasised 'education' in their brochure. My focus is not so much education as inclusion, social support, activities, reducing isolation, etc.

2018 Subaru Impreza G5 2.0i-S

What would you think of this car at 163,000km on the odometer? Claude says the CVT might fail at that point... Also would it be fuel efficient or not really? Anyone got one?

v6 vs v4 petrol cost difference

My Mitsubishi Lancer hatch was totalled and I am looking to get another car. I've only had 4 cylinder cars my whole life. I really like how v6s drive, but everyone is telling me the price difference in petrol costs will be really big. I have a limited budget (12,500-14,500) to spend so I'm not going to get a nice new car either way. I test drove a Ford Escape and a Mazda cx3 and I didn't find them to have enough 'pep' for me. First thing I test drove a Holden Berlina and I think maybe that ruined me... If you've owned both, can you tell me what it was like in terms of costs? And would you own another v6 or stick with 4 cylinder car all the way and never look back? Oh and I was told insuring a v6 costs more, is that true?
