Hi, I already have a lorex nvr am i able to use reolink cameras from amazon with poe on this nvr?

After upgrading to gen 4 Xfinity modem, I've had this problem and rogers technical support is unable to help. For some reason, on random occasions, I will be home and see that I'm on mobile data. I go to check wifi setting and it says no internet access. I disconnect and reconnect and then everything is good. Anyone have any idea how I can troubleshoot this. If anymore details are required, let me know.
