Yvette Lemon Dress - Issue
I ordered this dress (Clothing: Midi Dresses: 'Yvette' Lemon Floral Print Georgette Midi Dress) for my wife and I'm pretty sure the back straps on this dress needs to be longer than the front straps. I have 3 short straps and 1 long straps and customer support is telling me it was designed this way and I just need to tie them into a bow.
Am I crazy or is customer support clueless?
