Custom License Plate never triggers LS Customs text message - Rockstar Support useless [PC]
Hey everyone, I've been dealing with this issue for a while now and Rockstar Support has been completely unhelpful so hoping someone here has experienced this and found a fix.
The Issue: I ordered a custom license plate through the License Plate Creator website but never received the in-game text message from LS Customs to pick it up.
What I've already tried:
- Verified game integrity twice
- Deleted and recreated plate 15+ times
- Restarted game and rejoined multiple sessions
- Canceled and reordered plate many times
I have only one plate on my account and I don't think its a storage issue.
What Rockstar Said: First they told me to delete existing plates (I only have one). Then they sent a generic TOS copy-paste without confirming if my account if flagged. Then a Tier 2 agent said "We do not have any information to provide on this topic" and closed the case.
Has anyone experienced this before and actually found a fix? Is this a known bug? Any help appreciated!
