Is it still true that Dexcom only does G7 replacements if it was due to a technical failure, and not from the sensor coming off? Started the G7 just this past month, made sure to use skin tac and the overlay patch it came with, and today it got caught just right on my own clothing and was pulled out. Going to purchase actual overlay patches, but before I ask my doctor if I can have a spare from them I wanted to see if it was even worth it to call dexcom. Seen many posts saying if it comes off, the blame is on the user.
