anyone with varicocele? What’s your experience using topical minoxidil whilst having varicocele? Has topical minoxidil caused your varicocele to worsen? or exacerbate symptoms? since minox is a vasodilator , wouldn’t it cause more blood to pool in your balls veins?

I have a moderate varicocele, and i’m very worried about it getting worse as i want to have children in the future.
