How can I start my own hangout like it used to be where I could be specific and add a custom message.

As of now it's completely useless

I am checking the usual like FB groups, searching WA group invites, couchsurfing, nomadtable

checking out lanka .wtf and eventhappens .lk but interested how other solo travelers are finding those. Any advice?
