On paper seems amazing. Nice location, free parking and storage, gym.

Well let me tell you something, from mid May until summer ends, even if it’s just 25° outside, you‘re gonna be hot as fuck, i’m talking 30°+ degrees inside temperature. Doesn’t matter if you have 3 fans, leave window and apartment door open for draft, leave the curtains closed the whole day and put up tinfoil in the window. AC with the tubes or with the water tanks also doesn’t work. I have tried to make them legally come up with a solution (along with 20 other tenants), not only did they tell me to go fuck myself even though I had consistent proof of overheating, I was told by the huurteam I would not win the case, besides, it would take about 1 year with no guarantee I would win and spend 300+€ per person in the process.

Washing machines are constantly breaking and 7/10 times clothes come out smelling like sewage.

Gym is so shitty and small, 4 people is a crowd. Also very dirty

Sauna? HAHA no, just wood lined room with red lights (just like the ones they have on bars to heat up the space)

Other common areas usually are missing essentials to use (i.e. ping pong room with no balls). Or locked for no reason.

Emergency line NEVER worked for me.

Again, summer is unbearable, heat wave or no heat wave.

That building is full of illegalities that they can get away with because no one actually wants to go to court against a big ass company that makes millions. No matter how much proof you have.

I’m leaving my review because cause i’m raging and need an outlet and can’t do nothing but sharing my experience. Hope this makes you change your mind.
