can i share a .zim file of Mermaid.js Docs site here?

the Mermaid.js Docs site is a VitePress site, take a while to make the zim file of it.

The https://zimit.kiwix.org/#/ is not make it completely, so i tried it my self.

I want to share the zim file if anyone interested, for the sake of saving people time and "server work"

from a quick test, all "internal function" works fine: the menu, the diagram render, the dark/light theme

see the screenshot.

cheers

render typst syntax in markor android app

i write markdown in markor android app. as i use pandoc and typst engine to create the pdf (btw, i use Bergfink, great template) i need to write typst syntax in the markdown file. (because raw html seem has no effect in the pdf output, idk)

often i need to see how it look before committing to create the pdf. so i use this trick (i got it from you know what)

it is not recommended, as it heavy. idk about security issue. just want to test it. so plz give your opinion..

after see how it rendered, i delete all the script, except the typst syntax.

cheers. hope it helps somebody else

<script type="module" src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/@myriaddreamin/typst-all-in-one.ts@0.7.0/dist/esm/index.js"
  id="typst">
</script>

<div id="typst-output"></div>

<script>
<!-- begin write typst syntax -->

const source = `
#set text(
  size: 20pt,
  fill: red
)

= Hello Typst

This is *Typst*.

$ E = m c^2 $
`;

<!-- end of typst syntax ---- -->

document.getElementById("typst").addEventListener("load", async () => {
  try {
    const svg = await $typst.svg({
      mainContent: source
    });

    document.getElementById("typst-output").innerHTML = svg;
  } catch (e) {
    document.getElementById("typst-output").textContent =
      "Typst error: " + e;
    console.error(e);
  }
});
</script>

[project] not yet shared. Tasker snippet manager

just quick sharing, (not yet sorry. i need to clean any privacy issue file path etc. in the project. will shared if asked)

it is still raw, expect bug. i can't spend much more time

enjoy. cheers :)

so, i have low spec phone and can't install many apps. a need of text expansion come again. as android personal dictionary is limied to 50 chars (idk), my workaround is to use Tasker as "snippets manager"

the current unwanted effect are:

  1. this spamming Heliboard clipboard history. idk its effect on Heliboard memory ram usage
  2. not very fast compared to using word shortcut in android personal dictionary
  3. it seem can cause fatigue in frequent repeated action
  4. markdown file containkng the snippet has rules, which are:
  • use double ## to separate `snippet title` and `snippet content`
  • use double semicolon (;;) to separate "block" of snippet

paid version of GoldenDict dictionary app for android is now "free" (not commercialized anymore)

one good thing about GoldenDict is a dark mode with tweakable .css (so you can change the color, from pitch black to other dark color). The app ui maybe old style tho..

to have it licensed, you need to give it phone permission. this is the dialog

This program needs to check its license on your device. Please make sure you have a working internet connection, and your Market account is active. Click 'Retry' to perform the check.

If you've just purchased the program, wait 10 seconds, then click 'Continue'.Sometimes it takes time for the license to apply.

If you still see this message after hours have passed, or your device doesn't have Market installed, or it has no network connectivity, you can request an offline license. Write a letter to [support@goldendict.org](mailto:support@goldendict.org) containing your device id and your Google Checkout order number (or other proof of purchase). Click here to see your device id. You can find your Google Checkout order number in the e-mail you have received when you have bought the program.

and this

>Access to phone state is required in order to get device id, since itis derived from IMEI/MEID. Please grant access to continue, or use the standard license check otherwise.

yes. what an inconvenient thing to read the imei...

i don't know if it has internet permission (have full network access), i don't think so (because i can't disable it). But, how it check the license from google play? — if you already paid from there...

now, to get the license, go to: http://goldendict.mobi/

cheers.

tips: to "inspect' what color is set in a dictonary, convert it to htmldir using pyglossary. (or if you have desktop PC, just inspect it in the app it self, need no conversion)
