Hi. question for our experts. We recently got honed taj mahal quartz installed . do we need to get countertops sealed ? is it recommended to avoid staining? also what products do you recommend for cleaning ? thanks!

is this ok?

we got out contertops done last week, the kitchen island countertop seems to be higher in one side (left) on the corner, I don't know if you can tel,cabinet carpenter tried adjusting the drawer ,but it is still higher in that side. also the outlets , one is higher than the other. am I exaggerating for asking them to fix it? what is the solution? thanks.
