Derivative was not approved after the primary, phone call to USCIS
The primary EB1 case was approved in January 26 always current, I am the spouse case, filled concurrently in March 25. Emma said my case has been transferred to local FO(Houston) in November 25. Radio silence after. My receipt is MSC, so I am not able to check API. My layer advised me to call USCis, so I did about a month ago, and I was told that my case within normal processing time. last time I checked with Emma, the agent said that the last action on the case was made in June 4, this is the exact date I called. Is it the officer in the phone just opened the file or it could mean something else?
Anyone in the same boat? How long you have been waiting since primary approval?
