Hi everyone,

First time posting here.

My Superstrike X3 tracks normally for a few seconds, then stops on the InfinityMice V4 Mid. It works perfectly on my Neptune Pro Soft, so the mouse doesn’t seem faulty.

I’ve tried:

Onboard mode to off and set LOD to high / medium

Dot, Xraypad Jade, and Talon Games Kumo Series dot skates

Kept the sensor ring installed

Testing on the Neptune Pro Soft, with no issues

The problem only occurs on the InfinityMice V4 Mid, so could this be a sensor compatibility issue? Has anyone experienced similar tracking loss with this mouse and pad combination?
