Someone hit my car while it was parked in a lot. Scratched the back and dented door. Filed a claim, the body shop agreed and filed a request, but RBC is claiming the dent was "preexisting" and not covered. The catch is that this is a brand new car and absolutely was not pre existing. The claim minus the dent is now conveniently less than my policy deductible. Do I have any way to dispute this?
