I wanted to start a TV show "El Ministerio del Tiempo" in order to improve my Spanish. It is available on RTVE (and some other platforms where there is no quarantee that Spanish subtitles are available). If I buy RTVE+ subscription, will I be able to watch this show without VPN (from Finland)? Will there be Spanish subtitles available?

I recently tried watching Breaking Bad with LATAM-Spanish dubs and bought Netflix BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE DUB NOR SUBTITLES. English only (and my language subtitles). Then I bought a VPN to get Spanish dubs available but Netflix has improved a lot and I guess had flagged the VPN provider or something... Awfull
