But simply putting Valko back in game IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. That would feel like a “here, damn.”
They know what we want. Better combat, better MS updates, bug fixes, MC changeable fits in Illusio (if i paid for it why can’t i see it??), sylus/caleb content, lunar shop updates, choco shop, better ways to farm, etc.

I started crying a bit last night thinking of how his character did not deserve this.

The way MC was laughing and giggling in his PV. The way she grabs his nose and plays around with him. The cute way he bites her. How he probably finds comfort in her. The way he just nuzzled into her in the bond like oh just imagine cuddling with him I can’t do this anymore. And he had a little injury too like he really went to her for his boo boos 🥹
All the artists and writers that put their souls into creating all six of them did not deserve this. Because yes, the person who had a hand in developing Caleb also developed Valko. The person who writes for my Zayne probably wrote something for Valko as well. They wrote them all with clear love and intent.
I love stories. I’ve always loved reading as a kid and I still carry those characters in my heart even as an adult. So to see a character who didn’t get to shine is so sad just purely from a creative and artistic view.
I’m going to give the company a bit of grace and say I hope whatever issues they’re facing (because in my heart I just have this feeling it was not a simple bend to the haters’ wills), they’re resolved. I won’t believe any rumors about lawyers or legal stuff bc I’ve been burned by those before, but please to whatever little angel is watching over us, bring him home.

5. They are getting ratioed to hell on every post on almost every platform and there’s been suspicions of them buying bots to do better with the numbers.
6. They know we are mad. Do not forget this please. There is no way a company under so much fire rn is not aware of how majority of players feel. Ik it seems like they’re not hearing us, but they 100% are.
In my opinion, LADS will attempt to make everyone “happy” (quotes bc where’s the attention to current game issues besides Valko) and I only see this happening one way: they continue to remain silent about Valko until a Sylus/Caleb MS update as well as Raf’s myth. If they truly took back their 6.0 update, then the real 6.0 update with him reinstated could happen after all this.
Honestly, in a way this scenario terrifies me because that means there’s potential for a Valko-less multibanner to occur. I think I’d lose a decent amount of my hope if that happens.
This means we could be waiting until November/December for a reinstatement. Earliest in this scenario is September.
I am once again giving them the benefit of the doubt in this scenario but at this point this is what I suspect. Most likely none of this will ever be verified. Please understand the following words are purely vibes.
This company definitely has a legal team and right now my guess is their legal team is keeping them quiet about this whole mess involving Valko. Absolutely anything they say at this point will result in a huge mess. I’m sick of hearing “gag order” but maybe that was the case in July.
A question I keep asking myself is “the solution (at least for revenue) is to bring him back, why not do that?” but I believe the company will put themselves back in the same exact situation they were in during the first letter where they claimed Valko was a part of their long term plans. This brings me back to my suspicion that they will actually try to update the first 5 LIs as much as possible before Valko is in game or even addressed. That was the brunt of complaints they received.
One thing I will stand by is that the game should fix its issues rather than cover everything up with limited banners. It should’ve fixed the bulk of basic player complaints put into surveys before dropping Valko. I’m not saying this would’ve meant he’d be met with no hate (like do we remember Caleb’s debut 💀) but the foundation for his release would’ve been better.

I’m tired of hearing “but the government said this” and “they have xyz legal issue.” I’m tired of rumors guys. A screenshot is proof of absolutely nothing.
I want to hold onto the small bits and pieces that I have left of him.
I refuse to believe that this is 100% reasoning for his return bc if any more of my hope is crushed I might implode. I know many of us have been saying it’s a matter of “when” not “if” but I feel like this just led me to more heartbreak in recent events.
His messages are still in-game. There have been countless updates since his cancellation and they still haven’t removed it.
His WU chapter is still there. To me, idk how much hope this is since it doesn’t outright say his name but I’m holding onto it.
His videos and posts are all archived, not deleted. They’re still on X because you can’t archive posts on there so they’ve left them up.
The statement they made about Valko being in their long term goals is on X. They can’t archive on there but they can delete this post.

Ik July had no banners but with the way a large portion of global and a lot of CN has reacted to the release of a solo, I don’t think August will be that great for them either. idk what their plan is. If it truly is to just wait this wave out… then I believe they’re delusional. You won’t reach the same heights you did before because you continue to break promises beyond Valko.

I personally would love it if we could voice our perspectives here without infighting. I have seen people fight to the death and it’s honestly comical to me because we eat from the same plate. It’s the same game. The same devs. The same management.
I will clarify that my stance is for reinstating Valko, however, this does not automatically insinuate that I am against the rest of the LIs. Idk where this monolithic logic is coming from but it makes zero sense and places a huge group of people into a box.
A perspective I want to offer to those who are strongly against Valko’s return is to switch the current position of Valko and Caleb. For the sake of my argument, let’s say Valko was the 5th LI and Caleb debuted in June and was swiftly cancelled about a week later. Now a month later after silence, Valko’s solo is released. Would you not want to voice your opinions in whichever way you could? Would you not delete or boycott the game in order for your LI to be reinstated? I know many, many people (myself included) were rightfully enamored by Caleb after only his PV release.
“But I didn’t like Caleb from his PVs! Only when he was in-game did I start liking him.” That is the exact reason why many of us are here. The company did not give the same opportunity to players who thought “this is the perfect LI for me” in the same way you thought of Raf, Xav, Zayne, Caleb, and Sylus. Every player deserves to have that LI they absolutely adore just like you. I don’t understand how adding a LI removes your fav in any capacity.
“Even if I did love Caleb shortly after his PV, I would not comment under Valko’s solo for his reinstatement if he was deleted.” Okay, great. That’s how you go about things and I can respect that. However, companies will not change their minds just because of isolated reddit threads or polite CS emails. They will look at their latest marketing posts for a general understanding of how the game and its content are being perceived and obviously look at their revenue as well. It takes a combined effort on all fronts to be successful in reversing a company statement.
I also want to clarify, many people have twisted our take on Valko tied to the lore. We are not saying that Valko is this magical piece to the lore and the key to unlocking all understanding in the game. You have misread the majority of us if you believe that we believe this. We are saying he is a part of it. And with him, comes MC’s (your) story as well. Removing him removes a piece of the lore the devs had already created and had ready to go well over a month ago.
Lastly, I implore those against Valko to not view us as a monolith. As in, not everyone pro Valko is this toxic individual who doesn’t care for anything but reinstating him. Many of us are mains of the other 5 (myself included) and share many of the same goals as you all. We want more Sylus/Caleb bond stories, faster MS updates, lunar shop, chocolate shop, ways to farm, battle, lighting, removal of censorship, etc. In the same way, I want those of us for Valko to not view everyone neutral or even non receptive to the situation as a bad person. A lot of them are simply frustrated with the amount of noise that has been created in the fandom.
The way I just said this right before the trailer drop.
I know people who are anti-Valko are celebrating rn but I genuinely just… like for me I think this game just continues to die. I love Caleb with all my heart.. he is my second main. But this hurts.

Disclaimer 1: I wanna preface this by saying, if you enjoy the home system, I get it! This is not to bash what you enjoy but rather criticize a game that is incredibly high quality because I believe that same quality is not met in some areas here. It’s not like I didn’t enjoy/use the home system when I played the game in the past either.
Disclaimer 2: This is not to be tone-deaf about what’s currently going on or the silence from LADS either. Like yes, I know this is not the priority for many.
I think we can all agree that what we love about our LIs are their individual quirks and personalities. The way Zayne blinks repeatedly when he’s flustered or how Sylus is constantly smirking and the list goes on.
But almost every interaction in the home system is a default thing. The way they play around with you, cuddle on the couch, cuddle in bed, feed you food, make you a drink at the bar, reactions to drinks at the bar… the list goes on. It’s extremely weird to me.
The second thing that bothers me about it is: it is quite literally the only major update in 6.0 as of right now. Yes, we would’ve also had a new LI and with that combat, outfit, photobooth poses (we received this in mail I guess), and Main Story updates but obviously that’s no longer there. This is where the attention to development has been? Besides Valko, this is all they were deciding to implement? A lot of us have been playing well before the home update and enjoying other features in-game.
Edit: something else that I think deserves to be said is, when a game like LADS is initially catered towards women and has lore and combat updates but then slowly reverts to updates focused on traditional “female roles” like home and kitchen updates… yeah it’s not lost on me whether this is intentional or not.
Again, I understand if you love it, but it should’ve been kept as an addition, not a replacement.
And what else did they have to show for it? Nothing. Our current LIs did not receive any combat updates, no lunar shop updates in over like 1.5 years atp (this is honestly my biggest complaint), nothing in chocolate shop, and nothing to show for Caleb/Sylus bond stories.
Nothing they said in that last letter of “apology” and “cancelation” to us is valid. It’s essentially null and void. Their dedication to communicate? Develop current 5 LIs? Revealing Raf’s myth in July?
I realize I’m criticizing a lot in times of silence and unknown, but I love this game a lot and for my own sake I wanted to voice how I feel.
When the news dropped I felt my heart literally sink and I had to go into work like 2 hours later all moody and upset.
But joining this community has genuinely been so uplifting and nice. I mean- look at our numbers! Look at everything good we have accomplished. All the wolves we’ve helped and raised money for.
At one point, we even started talking about how we shouldn’t let the negativity get to us here and I witnessed real change in our tone here! This community is genuinely just so powerful and loving.
I think this community is a nod to the dev/writers’ work. Just a few minute clips of a character has bonded well over thousands of people. That’s how amazing the devs are.
Whatever happens, I’m so happy to have spoken, laughed, and cried with you all. All of you are very precious and dear to me. I can’t wait to have our wolfie home so we can all celebrate together ❤️

I want to clarify the following
This is a two way street. Seeing one person who’s pro-Valko bullying people into not logging in/spending does not mean all or even most of us are like that. I’m sure there are a lot of people who don’t care whether he’s in game or not and I wouldn’t group those people up with the same people who threw cow dung at Infold. This is a large fandom so statically you will see people do weird things.
If you don’t want to see positive posts about Valko then just block this sub 💀 Same for those of you who support him, do not engage or look at places that do not support him
Don’t act so definitive about everything. Chances are, you’re not a PPG employee. Therefore, you have no proof if a post is fake/real. Stop speculating without making a note that you are speculating if you choose to do so. That customer service note turned out to be completely fake but everyone believed it for a whole day.
Resorting to calling people certain names or degrading them means you already lost the argument.
Boycotting is an individual choice
These are pixels. If you want to comment on people’s “loyalty,” I really need you to understand Xavier is a collection of 0s and 1s. The same goes for those who are pro-Valko. Again, do not tweak out because someone is logging in and playing the game. They will not single-handedly ruin the boycott.
I sympathize with people who are genuinely overwhelmed by the noise. Your comfort game has turned into a battlefield and I’m upset as well. But the best thing you can do in that scenario is log off.
Just because you experience something in a certain way, it doesn’t mean someone else has to experience it the same way. If I don’t like Valko (I do teehee), and I don’t understand why someone fell in love with a fictional man after 1 minute, it gives me no right to go out of my way to judge them. Same thing if I’m pro-valko, I don’t need anyone to love him as much as I do or force them to fight for him.
We are not trying to claim that Valko is the key to the storyline or that Raf can’t exist as a LI without him. We are saying that he is a piece to the lore. “Separated storylines” is supposed to clarify that MC is not romancing the LIs at the same time, not that the LIs exist in separate universes from one another. The MS disproves that. Valko carries information about him and MC as well as reflections of what may have happened in Rafayel’s/another LI’s storyline.
