How are boundary mics mounted to the glass in hockey?

Gearing up for some hockey broadcasts in a couple weeks and considering doing the full 10x boundary mic setup for the first time. Can anyone share some insight as to how the pros mount on the top edge of the glass? I'll be using Beta 91As.

What 35mm equivalent focal length do you need for the outfield baseball angle?

Can anyone tell me what the minimum focal length or zoom factor is needed to get the traditional broadcast behind the pitcher angle? 40x? 60x?
