So what happens if you play a leviathan only script and the pit hag choose to turn themself into the leviathan?

The leviathan can't kill but if the pit hag turns smo into a demon the kill is arbitrary. Does that mean there are no deaths and there are two leviathans now or is the GM still going to kill the old leviathan even tho no one can die in the night?

My native language isn't English so I might just not know the exact meaning of arbitrary.
