Which four curses?

Played a version of the home game recently and we ran a smaller deck - just 80 cards. That meant that we removed 4 of the curses to retain the 50% Time, 25% Curse, 25% Power-Ups.

We removed Ransom Note, Impressionable Consumer, Distant Cuisine and, Luxury Car.

We didn't really enjoy the first two, and the remaining two were not possible on much of our map. It got me wondering though. What 4 curses would you remove if you ran a smaller deck?

Hacksmith and OpenAI/ChatGPT partner?

Just wondering if there's any comments on the fact that Hacksmith's latest Youtube short is plastered with hashtags for an apparent partnership with OpenAI?

Given Nebula's AI policies, and given that OpenAI is known to have infringed on people's intellectual property rights it seems problematic.

Is there any chance we'll see Nebula willing to flag that channel's partnerships at least so that Nebula viewers can make an informed decision about whether to keep watching Hacksmith videos?

Edit: for reference, this is the YT Short I'm referencing: https://youtu.be/TavsU06HyNs

Hide and Seek - Merseyrail

Hey folks, I'm working on a version of the home game for Merseyside which would start in Liverpool Central and use the local network of 70 rail stations. As you can access them all for just £6.80 (+£1 for a metrocard) I figure it'd be relatively low cost too. I'm curious if there's any interest in joining me or helping me plan this out. I've got most of it all nailed down and ready to put into place, but it'd be good to get some thoughts on how I've planned and mapped this one out.

RPG Loot!

After a long time I got some RPG loot! It's mostly all awesome and I think all the books are well worth picking up. The footnotes alone feel like they nailed the Discworld style. Be careful though the GM Toolkit is not very well produced so if when it is publicly released it retails for more than £20 give it a miss. It's barely worth that currently.

Edit: To elaborate, the GM Toolkit is printed fully in paper. The cover isn't cardstock even. That means it feels less robust than even a magazine. I wrote a whole blog post about it if people are interested here.
