Is 50 ram/memory usage on idle normal?

recently bought a new gaming laptop with a 16gb rtx 5060 and it literally goes to 70 percent usage when i have 3 tabs on brave and task manager open. i googled it and i saw conflicting answers. Please help

Wierd bump on my shoulder and leg

I have a bump on my shoulder and left leg(no image for it cuz its near my butt) for about 8 years. Family said its a wart but idk. So far its been just there on my shoulder and leg not doing much. Tried popping it but that just lead to me bleeding from the bump thing.
