Hi! I’m planning to avail of BPI’s travel insurance and recently emailed insure@bpims.com. However, I received a response from helpline@bpims.com instead, asking me to provide some details and requirements.

I just wanted to ask if anyone here has experience submitting requirements through this email address. Is helpline@bpims.com a legitimate BPI MS email, or could this potentially be a phishing scam?

Would appreciate any insights. Please be nice :( Thank you!
