Hey guys, I just got my account locked on eldorado after selling for 2 months for no reason at all. My ratings are at 100%, my products are my own, all customers are either satisfied or refunded.

And now one guy raised a dispute, and my account got nuked 5 minutes later. Support says they have the right to do so and that’s it.

Is this really how this marketplace operates? People just losing everything because some mod felt like it? Is there any other contact that might actually review the case?

I became a seller about a month ago. I am specifically reselling offline steam accounts. At first it was great, multiple sales per day, good reviews.

Then I got a few refunds and it was my bad because my clauses were not well written and all was well.

Then one user had an issue where one of the thousands of games didn’t work because of a DRM limitation, again, I didn’t disclose it so my bad. I asked the buyer if he wanted to keep the games and get a 50% refund. He said that works, that he will open a dispute and a mod will read that the reason “Agreed on a partial 50% refund”.

A mod came and just refunded the whole thing. I contacted support and asked them why they did that. Their answer was:
“For partial refunds you need to fill out a ticket. We reviewed the order and based on the evidence provided decided that it was faulty. We provided full refund to the buyer because of that.”

I say whatever, take it all, I’ll lose some money, I’ll take the L.

But ever since that conversation I have not gotten a sale, not even one and it’s been a week. I think I stepped on a nerve of some employee over there and now idk what to do.
It’s like their algorithm hates me now. Should I try another plarform? Should I bribe the employees?
