I just sold my first 3 orders on eldorado and 2 people out of 3 didn't confirm the item has been recieved so idk what to do. If they don't ever confirm does my money just stay stuck there?

I recently purchased 30k+ robux from a vendor and for some reason nothing will be done since I haven’t received anything from them. The vendor won’t respond to my messages and now their AI chat bot is telling me that the ticket I made for the dispute has been resolved, yet I see no refund has been issued to me. Is this normal? It’s been over 3 days now.
UPDATE: Im guessing a real person put a smart comment on the dispute conversation saying “I’m not sure why you confirmed the order as delivered when you’ve been given multiple warnings not to do so” When it clearly says at the bottom to FOLLOW SELLERS INSTRUCTIONS. I was told to confirm the order and to send my username first, and on top of that my order wasn’t even delivered!!! I lost money AND I didn’t receive my Robux and I’m the one being punished. If anybody at eldorado sees this I need you guys to work on this deeply, this is really unacceptable.

I bought a custom request in adopt me to grind the event coins and the seller went and stole all my pets and then cancelled the order so I can't dispute it or anything. Is that just a loss or is there anything I can do

I just started selling on eldorado and was wondering which game on roblox is most profitable? I found pet simulator 99 to be fast with selling as i sold my first 13$ worth of gems in less than an hour of getting verified. If anyone would like to share this information with me i would appreciate it!

When I try to lower the prices, he lowers his almost immediately, like he's stalking my listings.

He also copied my listings and bundles, and listed it for a lower price (like 0.50cents to 1$ off). I'm barely getting any sales now and somehow he got 10 reviews in 1 day with a new account

I've been selling on Eldorado for a while, mainly in the gaming niche, and one thing I've realized is that there's a lot of repetitive work involved in getting sales.

You have to keep checking requests, figure out whether they're worth taking, calculate your prices, send offers, and then handle conversations with potential buyers. Doing all of that manually gets tiring, especially when you're trying to manage actual orders at the same time.

So I started building something for myself, and it eventually turned into EldoPilot.

Here's what it currently does:

• Automatic request monitoring and pricing: It reads Eldorado requests, checks them against your own pricing table, and sends offers with the corresponding prices. The goal is to spend less time constantly checking requests and manually calculating and sending offers... For example, I sell in FC27. DIV 10 -> DIV 1 = 70$ , 3 Hour Duration. Send offer!
• Outreach Mode: Instead of only waiting for buyers to find you, it helps you approach potential customers and find more opportunities to make sales.
• AI Talker Helper: An AI assistant that helps you improve your customer replies, so you can communicate more naturally and professionally without spending ages writing every message.

I wanted to build something specifically for sellers because most of the work isn't just delivering the service. There's a whole process around finding customers, pricing requests, sending offers, and managing conversations.

I'm a seller myself, so this started as a way to make my own workflow easier. Now I want to get feedback from other sellers and figure out what would genuinely make their lives easier, rather than just adding features for the sake of it.

I'm curious: how do you guys currently handle Eldorado requests? Do you check them manually throughout the day, or do you have your own system for pricing and sending offers?

I bought 5350 VP off a guy and he waited out the dispute time and charged back the purchase therefore removing the items, and now he's ghosting and has removed his top up services from the valorant section.

What should I do? I contacted him and he told me that it was to do with real world trading policies by riot and pointed out his description, so essentially gave me the middle finger.

I couldn't find any specific help threads on the support page to help my situation and the AI bot doesn't have the right prompts to help either. I feel I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Bought a PoGo account with the 6-month warranty. I secured it with my own logins, played 5 days, then it got reclaimed. The recovery page now shows an unknown email.

Seller had told me he didn't have the original email and I accepted anyway.

hey, quite new here and I'm having trouble picking out what seller should i chose from out of 3 I have selected.

1.a seller with 20K sales and 99.9% rating (cheapest)

2.a seller with 200k sales and 99.2% rating (a bit expensive than 1)

3.a seller with 50k sales and 100% rating ( more expensive than 2)

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share store names or screenshots here. but the question is basically if its actually worth it to spend more for that 100% rating or if 9.99% or 99.2% good enough? the negative reviews range from ppl telling they didn't receive the items, took too long etc etc. which is a bit scary but its only a few among a load of positive reviews.

like where do i start and still be able to make profit? i would like to start for free still if possible im just not sure if i start with something i enjoy or something in demand?

I would like to sell accounts but im not sure what email provider to use or what others use? and how to be safe?

I wanted to buy an R6 account that included Uplay + email credentials in the ad, with immediate delivery.

After the purchase, the seller makes me enter only the Uplay credentials and, subsequently, cancels the order. He then writes to me to use the refund money to buy another product, specifically the credits for another game, so as to pay less commissions.

For me it is a very suspicious thing: if I buy a completely different product, the seller no longer has the obligation to give me the full account that I had initially purchased.

I therefore decided not to continue and to keep the refund.

The even stranger thing is that I found several sellers who use a very similar method.

I don’t know if it’s actually an organized sc4m, but it’s definitely a very risky situation.

BE CAREFUL and do not accept to change the product after the purchase just because the seller asks you...
