Urgent - need help from eldorado community

Eldorado, a platform that exploits people in Third World countries

My account was completely closed for sales under the pretext of internal reasons; Eldorado—which we thought valued its very engaged community—is not allowing me to withdraw my money due to an unjustified suspend. Has anyone else gone through a process like this? I can’t reach live support again, and on top of that, they dismissed this appeal without providing any justification. I need this money, and I also think that by restricting sellers—especially those living in third-world countries—in this way, they’re taking advantage of the fact that these sellers are unaware of international law to further their own interests.

CAN I ASK?

I am already an active seller on Eldorado, and I have a question regarding seller accounts.

A friend of mine lives in the same household as I do, and he would like to start selling on Eldorado independently. He would use his own identity, his own bank account, and all of his own personal information to create and manage his account.

Would this be allowed, or would the fact that we live at the same address cause any issues?

We both want to sell independently, and we are not comfortable sharing a single seller account or its login credentials.

Could you please clarify whether this is permitted and if there are any specific requirements or restrictions we should be aware of?

I need help.

Hey everyone, just wanted to put out a massive warning about a seller on Eldorado.gg named PoloShop.

I recently had an issue with an order from them and left honest, negative feedback based on my experience. Ever since, the seller has been spamming my inbox begging and pressuring me to change the feedback, promising an "instant refund" only if I alter my review first.

To make matters worse, they actually leaked my IP address during this process, which is a massive security breach and violation of privacy.

I gave them a final warning stating that the matter was closed on my end, I wasn't negotiating, and further spam would be documented as harassment. They still messaged me right after that.

I’ve already contacted Eldorado support to report them for feedback manipulation, harassment, and leaking personal data, but I wanted to post this here to warn anyone else thinking of buying from them. Im asking for advice on how to take this further. Thanks a bunch everyone.

Tips for a new seller?

A day ago, I started selling Arc Raiders items on Eldorado to earn some money for GTA VI. So far, I’ve made about $4, and I haven’t been putting in much effort yet.

I’m wondering if more experienced sellers have any advice on how I can improve and make more money. Also, are there any other games or activities that are more fun and profitable to sell in?

I’d really appreciate any tips or suggestions.
