Wont refund me
I recently purchased 30k+ robux from a vendor and for some reason nothing will be done since I haven’t received anything from them. The vendor won’t respond to my messages and now their AI chat bot is telling me that the ticket I made for the dispute has been resolved, yet I see no refund has been issued to me. Is this normal? It’s been over 3 days now.
UPDATE: Im guessing a real person put a smart comment on the dispute conversation saying “I’m not sure why you confirmed the order as delivered when you’ve been given multiple warnings not to do so” When it clearly says at the bottom to FOLLOW SELLERS INSTRUCTIONS. I was told to confirm the order and to send my username first, and on top of that my order wasn’t even delivered!!! I lost money AND I didn’t receive my Robux and I’m the one being punished. If anybody at eldorado sees this I need you guys to work on this deeply, this is really unacceptable.
