I bought 5350 VP off a guy and he waited out the dispute time and charged back the purchase therefore removing the items, and now he's ghosting and has removed his top up services from the valorant section.

What should I do? I contacted him and he told me that it was to do with real world trading policies by riot and pointed out his description, so essentially gave me the middle finger.

I couldn't find any specific help threads on the support page to help my situation and the AI bot doesn't have the right prompts to help either. I feel I'm in a bit of a pickle.
