I'm trying to book metro tickets on the above website.

I have tried to place an order for tickets for 2people from milan centrale, Italy to Visp, Switzerland on SBB.CH using Singapore Instarem amaze mastercard.

Order failed due to the above issue but my credit card was still charged. Upon returning back to my profile, there wasn't any orders available at all.

Did google research that it is very common for overseas countries such as USA and Singapore to encounter such issues too.

Read on 1 of the redditor comment that if do 1 person ticket at a ticket, it can work for that redditor person. not sure about others?

any tips or help would be grateful 😀
