No one knows what a Hardflip is 😭
At least once a day, someone posts on here asking if something is a Hardflip, or posts a trick and claims it’s a Hardflip when it’s clearly just a shuv or something.
I just saw this nicely edited video of this guy doing “fingerboard trick math” for a Hardflip and shows every component of the trick correctly, but when he does the actual Hardflip it’s just a shuv.
Is there a reason why so many people think that a pop shuv that doesn’t flip at all is a Hardflip?

The Hardflip Epidemic
It’s been bad for a while now, but it’s growing worse by the day.
If I had a dollar for every time I saw a post that said “is this a hardflip?” and then proceeds to showcase either a shuv or a front shuv, I could almost put a down payment on a Woob.
I’m not trying to be a jerk, it’s just that I’m so confused. A hardflip is a fs flip without the body varial, so if you don’t see it do the fs flip motion, it’s clearly not a hardflip.
Am I the only one who’s been noticing this?
