Where in the game I can get this shield?
I suspect it is unlock via one of the side quests. Anyone remembers where does it drop or is reward from?

Duriel in Helltides should count for Blood Maiden's whisper
It sometimes is hard to finish the whisper because it does not count for it. Moreover, even if I did not take Duriel's node, he still appears even if I am the only one who put all three hearts.
I guess the game takes into account others nodes even if we are not in the party.
