My band made a music video with some old TVs and camcorders. I don’t really understand the old technology any better than the new, but it looks pretty cool.

Got a box full of my great grandpa’s stuff. Had this newspaper from 1945 with some Cubs news.
Here’s a fun fact that I just learned: there’s also a story about the Tigers and Dizzy Trout. The Tigers obviously went on to win the World Series that year. His son, Steve Trout, went on to pitch for the Cubs from ‘83-‘87, and pitched 8 1/3 innings in game 2 of the Championship Series in ‘84, and pitched in relief of game 5, which the Cubs went on to lose, and missed the World Series by one game. It was their first playoff appearance since 1945, the year that Dizzy Trout beat the Cubs in their last World Series appearance until 2016. Neat stuff, I tell ya.
