Tips for getting rear axle perfectly straight? 660

Basically, title. Tuono 660. I adjusted the chain, couldnt get it right after. Than the mechanic changed my tyre, he got the axle wrong too. Rear brake squeaks like crazy, and there is a little cry when moving the bike turned off around slowly, even though it rides great with no additional vibrations. I tried all methods of measurement, different chain slack positions, but nothing helped. Rear brake just squeaks differently. The markings on both sides of swingarm are correct to a milimeter. The mechanic lubed the axle itself pretty well and the rear nut is tightened to a 98 NM. THanks.
