Fertilizer and Pre-emergents for lawn

For all my lawn gurus in Vancouver. What are you guys using for your lawns? First season with in our new home and just did a minor lawn renovation and over-seed. I want to stay on track with best products and chemicals to achieve a healthy weed free lawn yearlong.

My father was clearing out his garage (retired auto mechanic) and gave this to me. He said it was given to him from a customer years ago. Is it worth anything? I have never heard of P.Audio, if I do sell it on Facebook marketplace, what do you think it would be worth?
