Group to Practice Connection & Attention - Hosted by a Ventura Local
Hi neighbors. Since there is often a lot of talk here about connecting with other people, I wanted to post a free online event I'm running next Thursday, May 28 as a part of a community I run that focuses on connection and leadership skills.
I run events monthly and this one is focused on attention.
I think many people are aware of the attention economy and its negative effects on us. We'll go a little deeper here in what's happening, how it is affection our relationships and beyond, and we'll finish with providing some simple practices use could use right away to take some of your valuable attention back.
Its 5:30pm-6:30pm on zoom, and free
