I have read some horror stories in this sub about IWC after-sale customer care (watches coming back with scratches, problems not being resolved despite multiple send backs to the service center).

Would you say these sorts of things are too common?

I have a blue Mark XX on the bracelet.
And find myself toying with the idea of getting the white/silver Mark XX on a strap.
Then, you know, adding some other straps and mixing everything up.

Does anyone else do that?
