Have you hacked ATDW? What are your house rules?

Im interested in the game but at the same time I know that is rules heavy. Im wondering if someone has streamline it a bit

I have a small child. Sometimes I dont have the time to setup everything analog to play. Sometimes i can play but I need to do it in the dark while my son sleeps in the same room.

On top of this, getting pdfs is way cheaper and faster.

I was thinking of getting a tablet with a stylus and try digital for pdf, hexcrawl or dungeon mapping and journaling.

So I could keep some campaigns or systems analog. And try different campaign or game digital

Is a 7" tablet enough? Any other tips? Do you use vtt?
