Hi all, I need inputs on withdrawing only EPS funds or transferring to EPF. I started working in 2019, initially had basic salary less than 15k. Then switched job and basic went above 15k, but employer still kept contributing to EPS for 5 years till I switched again (don't know why, I was didn't ask and wasn't aware of rules, my negligence.) Now the EPS contribution stands roughly at 60k.

I tried to withdraw EPS contribution using 10C, but couldn't. Reason stated by EPFO: Claim Rejected RESUBMIT ALONG WITH FORM 19

I would like to know what are my options here. Thank you.
