Knee clicking and pain out of nowhere when I walk
Did not hear a pop, was more of a sharp pain while walking last night, struggled to get the last 200 steps home. Did the ice and elevation last night as well. I really only feel it once every five or six steps. Moreso just asking if anyone has had any major injuries to their knee and if this sounds like something similar? I walk about 15k steps and lift weights every day.
